Food & Wine Experience This May
When something good happens, you do it again. This year, LDDI will repeat the Lower Downtown Food and Wine Experience-and hope for an even better turnout.
Last year, the Taste of LoDo drew the greatest response of the event with 400 participants eating their way through LoDo. The "eaters" bought tickets and followed maps to participating restaurants. This year, on Thursday, May 18, from 5 to 8 p.m. restaurants will once again throw out
the welcome mat to patrons who want to experience signature food. After hitting all the hotspots, the evening ends with desserts and live music from Hazel Miller at The Soiled Dove. Tickets, on sale now, are $28 in advance; $30 the day of the event. On Saturday, May 20, the event will continue with food and beverage demonstrations, workshops and tasting events in various LoDo locations. A complete schedule will be included I the next LoDown. The Lower Downtown Food and Wine Experience is a ticketed fundraiser that benefits LDDI and the Hospitality Association of Downtown. You can
attend all or just one of the events. For information on becoming a sponsor or participating in the event, call Hospitality Consultants at 303-458-6685. For tickets, call the LDDI office at 303-628-5428.
