A new volunteer on the Membership Committee, Steve Powell, from Webush Morgan Securities. Steve is known for his recent success with the Columbine High School alumni membership drive that was widely reported in local media.
Steve's already becoming an active member. . .he offered a Membership Drive and Membership Appreciation Day Event concept that the committee is considering.

Meanwhile the group is still collecting Membership Surveys and calling members who have not yet responded. If you haven't responded yet, call Dan du Bois at 303-628-5424. We need to ensure the LDDI data on members is accurate before including it in the soon-to-be-developed Membership
Directory.

The group also discussed a "past due" policy for delinquent renewing members. If you would like to offer your input on any of these concepts, e-mail King Medlin at king21@prodigy.net.

The Transportation Committee is still seeking funds for the Light Rail Spur project and addressed the following topics at their last meeting: Trolley Expansion Report, Parking and Ordinance Subcommittees and LDDI's Contract with RTD.
