 2nd appointment made and Keith did not show up or even respond
 Char will reschedule to follow up with walk through and status on current contract obligations
 Discussed issue with pond on Hope Pond
  not mowed, fence gate broken, phragmites all over the place

Deed Restrictions

 Sheds - there are numerous and the restricitons prohibit them
  Steve R to investigate how to change the restrictions
 Pools - above ground what to do about them  How do we do that, do we want to?
 
 In next newsletter include reminder about restrictions to community

 Should we incorporate LPIV into our maintanance corp?
  Rich S to investigate

Entrance Signs

 Dori Connor and state will subsidize the entrance project
  state has a number of options that they will pay something for
  need to have meeting with Dori, board and Del DOT to start process
   Beth D. to schedule the meeting
  need to decide which design to go with and present to community
  how many options do we need to present - one or two

Grass clippings

 do we mention in the newsletter that it would be good to clean them up
  may be clogging up the ponds if it goes down them

OK to purchase QuickBooks for maintenance budget
