There are many important issues; decisions and information that have been addressed by Lydia Estates residents since 1999. This document, in combination with the association rules, highlights some of the important items for new residents and serves as a reference for existing residents. This document is not all-inclusive and is not intended to supercede existing documents (e.g., controlling documents, Florida Statues and association rules). For those with web access It will be updated on-line as changes occur. For those who do not have web access, it will be re-issued in hard copy once a year. New residents will receive the latest update when they move in. You should retain this document, for reference, until the next annual update. Residents are urged to review this document, and its attachments, in their entirety and keep it available for reference.
NOTE: Participation in the vehicle decal and neighborhood watch programs are strongly encouraged (the goal is 100% participation). By attending the Association meetings, your support and input is appreciated. Volunteering your time on the various committees in support of your community is also appreciated.
