Welcome New Residents

On behalf of the officers and members of the MLR Homeowners Association, we welcome you to the community. The association consist of approximately 260 residents of the Lake Michele, Martins Corners, Mountain Woods and Rock Meadows subdivisions. We encourage all homeowners to unite with us for the purpose of: 1) Encouraging the upkeep of homes and properties 2) Creating and maintaining a neighborhood crime prevention watch program 3) Preparing strategies to deal with request for zoning variances and other issues impacting the neighborhood 4) Establishing a channel of communication between the neighborhood and public officials 5) Promoting overall betterment of the area. Meetings are held in January, March, May, September and November. If you have additional questions, please contact your street representative or officers listed on the back cover.
