Do you need more information to make an informed judgment? The referendum question that you will be asked to vote on in the March 20 Special Election addresses a proposal: To issue $125 million special obligation bonds for purposes of acquiring parks and green space. Not less than 70% of the fund derived from the proposed bond to be used for the acquisition of land for parks and green space.
