The county?’s zoning laws were created to protect the established character and the social and economic well-being of both private and public property. The association of course fully shares in this objective. Our neighborhood is zoned R-100 which restricts land use to single family residents. Room rentals, business, day care centers, auto garages and trucks over 1/2 ton are prohibited.
