Madison Park has always welcomed Montclaire residents to join Madison Park at our Monthly Meetings. Several Montclaire residents have joined Madison Park HOA over the last few months. Remember the meetings are always the 2nd Monday of each month doors open 7 for 30 minutes of social and meeting starts promptly at 7:30 pm. Annual dues are going up to 15 dollars the first of the year. You can prepay at this years rate of 10 dollars if you decide you would like to join us on a regular basis. Membership in Madison Park will get you detailed emails of the Minutes along with any updates on concerns or issues that are happening in our area. Montclaire South of Tyvola up to Emerywood is already covered in our police crime reports from the South Divison Police Officers Each month. After all your issues are really the same as ours in the immediate area over to Emerywood when it comes to crime, traffic issues, and zoning issues. We can all work together to keep our community a model for the Neighborhood Development Program for the City of Charlotte.
