South Charlotte carjacking

Police have another carjacking to solve this morning.
According to police reports, a man who was at the Petro Express on Park Road overnight was robbed at gunpoint. The victim told police that the suspect also carjacked his vehicle, a 2001 green Ford Focus with the N.C. license tag VRP-1299.
The Petro Express is in the 4300 block of Park Road, near Woodlawn Road.
The suspect was descriibed only as a black male.
The victim was not injured.
Anyone with information about the robbery and carjacking, or anyone spotting the stolen vehicle is asked to call 911 or contact Crime Stoppers, 704-334-1600.
