Follow up to: Madison Park HOme Prices
Has anyone used Lead Dog realty co?
I know they charge a flat fee (think its 500)not based on % of home sales price. I know they get it listed on MLS for you but don't really offer ''realtor services''...I'm going to look into this company more, but any experience with them would be helpful. With things slowing down/possible price decreases I'm thinking maybe I could absorb a little of it by not having to spend as much for a ''traditional realtor''
