Sunday afternoon I discovered when calling 311 that I was not getting 311. I immediately recieved a message Call 800432TALK and Get Connected Coast To Coast.
This turned out to be a TIME WARNER DIGITAL PHONE problem. TIME WARNER said they were aware of it and were in the process of trying to correct.
WSOC contacted me at 10 PM and said that TWC media dept. released a statement saying it was repaired. I was asked to test. It still did not work.
The number you are dialing cannot connect is now what I get. IF you feel you reached this in error try again.
Anyway today TWC said use the old number 7043367600
