Anyone with any knowledge to the person or person(s) that cut open a traffic counting pad in the 800 Block of Burnley are requested to contact Westover Police Traffic Officer K. Stank. One of the pads put down last Tuesday was so damaged (apparently by a knife) that is no longer ussable.
These were put down to try and get a picture of when vehicles were speeding on the street.
Unfortunately now that this one has been vandilized it is not usable. Please contact the officer if you witnessed this happening, or know who was responsible for this damage.
