Update
After watching the videos from wcnc.com and comparing it to the house pictures available from Polaris, I think that the house that was broken into was 4829, which is 3 doors down from me on the opposite side of the street.
I live at 4810 Murrayhill.

Police confirm 4829 Murrayhill
The address is 4829 Murrayhill Rd. Here is the statement from the public narrative of the police report. There is no suspect information.
The reporting person stated that on 30 November 2006 at the above stated time, an unknown suspect broke into the above stated location. While inside the residence the suspect fired a gun shot that killed the victim's dog.
As many of you know this is the 3rd home invasion (with residents inside the home)in our community, we have also have had three armed robberies after dark. One resident was taking her roll out cart to the curb, two couples were walking to their front doors. All this has been in just that past few months.
