Any resident that has experienced flooding needs to get on the phone and call 704.336.RAIN to report the problem. Storm Water Services can only help with problems that are on the books. Please Call ASAP and have your neighbors affected do the same so that an inspector from the City and those in The County flood plain can come out and make a report. Do this yourself to insure the matter is addressed! Lets work to get this problem corrected.

Get Your Property Documented

The City only responds with action to well documented cases. The more people that file a complaint that experienced flooding the better chance that the City/County will help you out. I have been told by City Storm Water Services that projects are based CITY WIDE on complaints and funding available!

City going to meet

It is my understanding that the City/County is planning a meeting for all the residents that were flooded recently. Hopefully they will be able to address many of the homeowners concerns!
