The board of Madison Park has decided to increae the annual dues to 15.00 dollars per household per year. You can renew at the old rate if you PREPAY prior to 12/1/05 your 2006 dues. After Dec. 1, 2005 only 15.00 dollars will be accepted. Pay the teasurer Dee McCandlish at our next monthly meeting. You can also print and mail a check to Dee at the address on our site under become a member. Please help your HOA serve you better by paying your dues on time. Those that have not paid their 2005 dues please pay at once!
