Where: Charlotte Convention Center
Why: To recognize and celebrate those who have improved and maintained the quality of life in their neighborhood
How: Complete a nomination form and return to Neighborhood Development (600 East Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202)
Deadline: 5:00pm, Thursday, February 7, 2008
