Madison Park Madison Park Homeowner's Association is all about Neighbors Helping Neighbors. We exist to ensure that the Quality of Life and the Appearance of our Community is maintained to high standards. We all know it only takes a few bad apples to spoil the living surroundings of any community. We are very committed to adhering to the codes and ordinances of the City Of Charlotte in order to maintain our Property Values. Everyone is Welcome. Madison Park Homeowner's Association is not just for Homeowners. We encourage tenants of our rental properties, Section 8 tenants, business owners, landlords and investment companies owning properties to join us in keeping Madison Park a Great Place to Call Home. You are always welcome at any meetings or events we have. We like having everyone join us. This is what makes Madison Park a Great Place to live! Landlords and Investment Properties Companies are expected to select tenants that adhere to our high standards. If they fail the tenants will likely hear from City Codes,and the Investment Companies and Landlords will hear from us and the city. The quickest way to start having issues is to Park on the Grass, Leave junk at the curb on non trash days, Leaving your roll out container out after pickup, storing trash or junk on your property, keeping junk cars or trucks on your yard, not scheduling bulky item pick ups, or simply not cutting your grass! This is not to say that we will not help each other out if you have a need such as your lawn mower is broken, leaves need to be raked, your leaving town and perhaps need your trash can taken off the curb after pick-up day, or if your ill. Just simply asked your neighbor...you will find many willing to help you. You can always contact the Homeowner's Association as well if you need occasional help through this web site! Building relationships with your neighbors always helps when the occasional need arises for help. Cost to join per year is only 20 dollars a year. We do whatever we can to help with all types of issues. Sometimes it is directing residents where to go for help. We work with CDOT, the Police Departments of Westover Division, Code Enforcement, City Government, Parks and Recreation, City Council, The Mayor, and The City Manager to find relief for all types of problems and issues.
