The Madison Park Homeowners Association welcomes all residents including renters to join and participate. There truly is strength in numbers! Membership dues are now 20.00 dollars. Pay your annual dues at our monthly meetings held the 2nd Monday of each month 7:30 PM. The meetings are held at the Wedgewood Baptist Church's Annex, corner of Tyvola Road and Wedgewood Drive, or mail to our Treasurer Sue Valentine-Plyler 5026 Currituck Drive Charlotte NC 28210. Make checks payable to Madison Park HOA.
Remember if you choose you can always pay more of than the minimum 20 dollars to help cover expenses and events. Those that have done this in the past have been appreciated.
