I will be putting my house up for sale here in the next month-I am planning on using a realtor BUT if I didn't have to I wouldn't be terribly upset.
If anyone else in community knows someone who is looking to buy in Madison Park (and assuming they don't already have a realtor) perhaps both parties could save some money.
