As we all know property and violent crimes are on the rise. this is very evident, even in our neighborhood. Being organized and on the same page, is a start. On Monday many residents from just about every neighborhood plan to converge on city hall to demand something be done to address the crime and violence.
If anyone is interested in taking place in this walk we will gather between 4:30 and 5:45 Monday 4/28/08. At the Dilworth Neighborhood Grille 911 E. Morehead St. at the corner of McDowell. From there we will walk .08 of a mile to the city council meeting. Walkers will leave about 5:45 PM, head up McDowell, take a left on 2nd and a right on Davidson. Dilworth Grille will have appetizer and beverage specials for those interested.
