Pervert sighted at Montclaire Elementary still on loose

Posted in: Madison Park

Today at appx 3:10 a young man was observed laying flat on his back across the sidewalk of Montclaire Elementary on the corner of Emerywood and Farmbrook fully exposed and masturbating.  I called the police who told me they had just received other calls also.  This apparently also happened yesterday.

I have alerted every person I have seen in the neighborhood and spoken with the police several times.  This young man has been seen up and down Archdale, at the gas stations close by on South Blvd and by people in the neighborhood north of Emerywood.  The school has been alerted.  If you see this young man contact the police immediately.

Young white male, appx 15 to 19, 5' 7 to 5'9, medium build, wearing black jeans, black t-shirt with a red sweatshirt or long sleeved shirt over his shoulders, very dark brown or black (it looked dyed) hair, acne.

I decided to drive around the neighborhood yesterday afternoon to see if I could spot this guy again.  I was very glad to see that there were patrol cars also combing the neighborhood and checking the school every few minutes.  This is a very serious matter and being treated as such.

As far as I know he has not yet been found.  If I see him again I will recognize him and since I do believe he was a young man and most likely lives in the neighborhood there is a good chance.  At the least he needs help but he must be kept from the children.  He was also spotted by others who at the time were not aware of what was wrong but he made enough of an impression they are on the lookout also.
