We have a 1 1/2 year old male cat that just showed up a month or so ago. He is charcoal and gray with tiger stripes, slender and is quite possibly the sweetest cat on the face of the planet. Extremely loving, he is the epitome of a lap/ house cat with a purr reminiscent of a classic Ferrari.
On 6/6/08 we had him checked over at the vet who stated he is in perfect health. He was checked for common diseases, all negative, and now has had his shots. He has also had flea and parasite treatment. He is not yet neutered, but does have an appt. for this Friday.
This kitty really needs a good loving home. The other cats in the area constantly attack him, he tries to take up for himself but he is a lover not a fighter. He has the sweetest disposition, you can rub his belly and he just passes right out. He is not a biter and doesn't scratch, he is all love. With our 2 dogs there is no way that we can keep him. I don't want him to go to animal control, no one from project HALO has returned any of our calls. If anyone is, or knows of someone who is looking for a new addition to their family, this might be it.
All we ask is that his home be a loving one, that he is cared for and occasionally spoiled. He has had it pretty rough trying to just survive, it's time for him to be able to do what he does best, bring joy and happiness to all he meets. Just like the Humane Society, there is an adoption fee to help reimburse for the vet bill. The bill thus far is about $80.00. You will get all of his current vaccination records and rabies tag. We are trying to get the neutering donated, if it isn't there will be the additional charge. We have named him Tiger.
