I am writing to let you know that the Project Manager has scheduled the public information meeting for the Murrayhill Road sidewalk project. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd from 6:30 until 8:00 pm. The location is the Wedgewood Baptist Church - 4800 Wedgewood Drive, Charlotte NC 28211. Notifications are being mailed to property owners tomorrow so you should receive yours shortly. Per the Sidewalk Retrofit Policy, the City is required to notify the Home Owners Association. Per this email I am notifying you as the HOA President.
CDOT says this is a public meeting and everyone can attend this meeting. Even if you don't get the notification in the mail.
