We need your help to control odors in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area. If you notice an odor that you think is associated with one of Utilities wastewater treatment plants, please fill out this form and hit the "submit" button when you're done. If you see or suspect a sewage overflow or spill, call 311 - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |
