You can also sign up to speak before certain City Council Meetings. The next opportunity is Monday August 25th, 2008 at 6:30 PM at the Government Center. Over the last two months a few residents against the project have chosen to speak during the public forum. How this works is on Monday's when the public forum is open 10 people can sign up to speak a total of 3 minutes each starting at 6:30 PM. We understand at least three people have signed up to speak against the project on 8/25/08.
You are also encouraged to contact our City Government at the following emails to state your preferences on sidewalks. Everyone living in the community should make an effort to state your wishes.
