I'm hoping to add an addition to my home in Madison Park for laundry facilities since currently, they are in my kitchen which is no fun. I've noticed that many people have done this to their home, can anyone recommend a company to undertake this project? Many thanks...

We have not yet used them, but plan to do so in the near future. Based on work that I have seen and the experiences of several people I know who have used them, I would not hesitate to recommend Da Vinci Design Group. They specialize in older home renovations and additions, but work to maintain the style and quality of the existing home, as well as the others in the neighborhood. A co-worker just finished up a huge renovation (adding rooms, renovating existing areas), and loved them. It was an 8-month project, but they were there when they said they would be, and managed their subcontractors appropriately. Hi, I have had some small and large projects done to Madison Park homes before and I have used good and bad folks to help. I am also a Realtor so I have many contacts of folks in different trades. For a smaller job, you have to find the right contractor that can do the job and not over charge. Billy Gilman owns Innovative Home Improvements and is honest, fair and does good work. I think he would be a great fit for your project. he has done some smaller projects on my 5201 Wedgewood home (not the addition but some other work). he also does alot of odd jobs for seller and buyer clients of mine.
