HEALTH DEPARTMENT PROVIDES

FREE SCHOOL IMMUNIZATIONS

AT BIG SHOT SATURDAYS AND

MORE!

School is back in session soon, and

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools requires students to have

up-to-date shot records in order to be enrolled in class. All that

parents need to bring is a form of identification and their child’s

up-to-date shot records to ensure clinic nurses know exactly

which immunizations are needed. Shots are free for school-aged

children.

There are four Big Shot Saturday opportunities over the coming

weeks. Hours for each clinic are 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
