Interested in learning more about the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department? Now you can. CMPD will be offering free informational sessions to provide you an opportunity to learn more about CMPD, its policies, practices and personnel.
 
The Community Education Series’ first session will be held Tuesday, October 13 at 6 p.m. at the Police & Fire Training Academy (1770 Shopton Road) and focus on the history of CMPD, the department mission and patrol districts.
