We have not yet received an appeal.  The owner has 30 days from the date of the Notice of Violation.  The Notice was sent on November 23, 2010 and therefore he has until December 22 to file his appeal.  If an appeal is filed adjacent property owners will be notified of the date and time of the hearing.

According to zoning the appeal for the radio tower was officially filed this morning.
