Yes, we are going to be removing the split side street operation and replacing it with a flashing yellow arrow. We are also adding FYAs on Park Rd. I am having the NCDOT change the date however. The rain has forced us to push back the date a week to the 24th.

We are adding in the flashing yellow arrows (FYA’s) at this intersection but it looks like the work has been slightly delayed.
Basically the dual left from eastbound Seneca onto northbound Park will go away and there will only be one left lane utilizing a flashing yellow arrow.
