That is immediately what I was thinking about was the wildlife. Both creeks merge together down near the bridge at Tyvola. Strange though that it is completely dried out. I looked on charmeck.org at where the stormwater department monitor certain sites for flooding such as the bridge at Seneca Place. That live video camera showed that section to be completely dried out at the monitoring station.
I would be a great time for people to clean out the creek bed while the water is out.
If you don't get an answer from 311 check that station monitoring equipment for flooding for a phone number and call that number to see if they can explain what is up. We have had droughts before so I agree if you have not seen it empty in past years then something is up.
