I placed my order online. Install was scheduled for Friday May 6th. Installers arrived on time and were in an out in 1 hour instead of the estimated 5 hours.
Service is great. I really like the On Demand Features. Cool to be able to pull up on demand movies and tv.
This morning I woke up to an e-mail that came in last night for the reward card promised me. It had a code I had to enter.

Here is the problem the link and the code did not work. The reason the e-mail that I received came in on 5/9/16 after 11:00 PM. 8 days after the expiration date. How can I register by 5/1/16 for the reward when I didn't even have install until May 6th. CS was nice but did not seem to understand that the code sent apparently had expired.
That said I finally was able to enter the code and register. During that process you have to upload your prior service companies bills. Will see if the card comes. Apparently there is a 90 day wait once you enter code and upload bills, and then 4 to 6 week more for the card to arrive.
Anyway TimeWarner Appears to be doing better, but you still have a big kink in your reward offer.
