Martin,

Yesterday, we got a big win in our fight for voting rights when the Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal that could have reinstated the harmful Republican voter access law.

But, as Roy said today, this is just a temporary win. We know that Republicans in the legislature will soon try to pass another law that suppresses our right to vote.

As governor, Roy will continue to protect the right to vote in North Carolina, but he can't do it alone. Chip in today and let Roy know you have his back.

This Republican legislature has an awful track record on voting rights. They targeted African Americans "with almost surgical precision" and tried to make it harder to vote. Their electoral maps are so gerrymandered that they were told they have to go back and redraw them because they were illegal.

We know what we're up against here.

So let's celebrate yesterday's win for voting rights, but let's never lose sight of the fact that we have to continue to work to protect that right to vote.

Chip in and help Roy protect the right to vote.

Thanks for your help,

Caroline Hall
