Open Streets 704 returns Oct. 15
The streets will open once again Sunday, Oct. 15, for you and yours to enjoy and explore Charlotte neighborhoods. Open Streets 704 transforms a 5-mile stretch of streets into a linear park and will offer chalk art, live music and food among other fun activities.
