Vi Lyles For Mayor You Can Help!

Posted in: Madison Park

This is it and we're all in.

Since the beginning of this race, my campaign has been about bridging the divides that exist between us and expanding opportunities to every corridor of our city.

While this race hasn't always been easy, I have remained focused on our most pressing issues and working to find common ground solutions to move us forward over the next several years. With the divisiveness at the national and state level now is the time for all of us to come together to build a brighter future for every Charlottean.

We are neighbors and all want the same things, a quality affordable home in a safe neighborhood, a good paying job, the ability to trust law enforcement, and transportation options that don't take two hours.

Our next Mayor has real challenges ahead of them and must not become distracted by rhetoric from the state or national stage. Chip in $5 to help us continue communicating our positive message in these critical final days.

I know, the best part of our city is our people and while we might not always agree on everything, by working together we will carry forward our Charlotte traditions while being innovative towards the future.

I hope you will join me and trust in my vision for our city.

Thank you for all you do,

Mayor Pro Tem

PS- Early voting is happening through Saturday at 1pm. Commit to early vote at one of these locations.

Early Voting Ends 11/4/17    You can vote any early voting site 10 to 1 only.   Early voting is the only place you can register and vote.

On 11/7/17 Election day you must vote at your assigned location only and must be registered to vote prior as there is NO same day registeration on Election Day.  If you are not sure if you are registered go to Mecklenburg County Board of Elections and put in your information.   If you don't find your info, get to any Mecklenburg County early voting site and register and vote early at the same time.   Otherwise You will find yourself out of luck this election.   Every Election someone shows up on election day thinking they are registered and find they are not.   All you had to do is check and use every voting if you were not as that is the ONLY place to register and vote same day.

Remember if you moved more than 30 days prior to the election day you must vote only at your new assigned precinct.  You can go to that new location and they will call your old location and transfer you to the new location.   If you moved less than 30 days go to your old location to vote or vote early.
