What happened to the annual Holiday social that we have held for 16 years that replaces the Dec. Monthly meeting. What exactly is the HOA doing?
No elections in 2 years, board members that have far extended their terms with and without elections. No minutes for over 1/2 the year?
You can't follow your own website events nor the bylaws! Pitiful!

Madison Park Homeowners Association is about bringing neighbors together. The association is committed to encouraging community involvement to support a high quality of life for our residents while increasing the value of our homes.
We welcome everyone to attend our HOA Meetings at Pinewood Elementary, each 2nd Monday at 7:00 PM.
Come out for our Monthly Social Meet-ups each 2nd Friday from 5:30 – 8:00 at a new location per month! For a current list of events visit the Activities/Events section of the site!
