Thursday Afternoon Update for Our Customers

We were thrilled today to open the following software portals to our customers again:

We've had a great first day back. A few reminders:


Contractors: You may again begin scheduling inspections through your contractor's dashboard.

Plan Review Customers: You may again begin uploading plans and scheduling plan reviews using our online methods.

 

This has been an important step to getting out operations back, but we ask for your continued patience. Here's why:

  • Not all of our systems are fully functional yet. The best approach is to log in and try to work normally, and to call our Customer Service Center at 980-314-CODE if you experience difficulty. 
  • It will take time to transition from our manual methods back to paper. Please be patient as we convert our processes, especially while some of our supporting systems are still not fully operational.
  • If you had a plan review scheduled during the outage, our office will be following up with you.
  • Mecklenburg County offices will be closed Dec. 25-26 and Jan. 1.
