Early Voting Sites are the perfect place for new neighbors to get registered and vote.   Remember if you have moved you must vote at your new assigned voting site if the move happened more than 30 days before the election.  On the other hand if you moved less than 30 days prior to the election you must vote at your old site.

However if you simply go to an early voting site in Mecklenburg County they can pull up any ballot style in the entire county and you can do it at the early voting site.  On election day you will be directed based on the 30 day rule.  The main reason for having you go to the correct precinct is your assigned precinct Only Has the Ballot Style for that precinct.    Ballot are different across the County based on where you live.

Anyone can request the absentee balot and vote from home.   You can use curb side at any early voting site if you sign an affidavit stating that you are unable to come inside to vote.    Again though simply request that absentee ballot and do it from the comfort of your home.
