Do you have a beautification idea for you community? Keep Charlotte Beautiful (KCB) wants to hear about it! KCB is currently accepting Letters of Intent for its Beautification Grant, an annual opportunity which awards up to $5,000 for community beautification projects. This competitive grant is open to neighborhoods, businesses, nonprofits, schools, and individuals citywide.
Want to learn more? Visit KCB’s website or attend a pre- application workshop! This year’s workshop is scheduled for Monday, October 15th, at 6:00PM in Old City Hall. We hope to see you there!
If you’re interested and ready to get started, please submit a Letter of Intent to kcb@charlottenc.gov by November 18th! Letters must be 250 words or less, and must include expected project location, costs, timeline, and what benefit the project will have for the community, among other things.
