8 people attended the meeting including board members.   No speaker again.   These minutes are posted on this site in upper right corner from the home page under newsletter.   A note came that the minutes were very similar to the the November Meeting as apparently much of what was said at the Dec. 17th, 2018 meeting was a repeat of the November Meeting.
