I noticed a few days ago that the American Flag atop the entrance of the South Blvd. Charlotte, NC store was flying ½ mast.. I thought I must of missed the reason for lowering our flag. Yesterday I was. at the store to shop and once again the flag remains at ½ mast. I decided to inquire why the flag was lowered. One person said they probably don’t know it! I thought how can you miss it. Then said or they don’t know how to raise it. When checking out the cashier said we have a flag? Where is it? I said on top of the main entrance entry.
