Never been so slow. One van with 3 children at 6:15 and then one car with 2 children at 6:45. Traffuc is just dead on my street tonight. It is never this dead around here. Hopefully they found a mall or a indoor party to enjoy tonight. Such a warm windy Halloween but the nasty rain tonight.
