 The coronavirus pandemic is a new experience for everyone, and we understand how concerned you are for the safety of yourself and your loved ones. Please rest assured that we are taking every step to ensure our patients’ health, safety, and access to information.
- Urgent patients only: We have shifted to seeing urgent patients only and are scheduling non-urgent ones for after May 15.
- Taking temperatures: In addition to assessing patients for coronavirus symptoms like fever, chills, and respiratory illness, we will start taking the temperature of all patients and visitors at all locations before they enter the building.
- Limited access for visitors and vendors: We are limiting visitors to one per patient and encouraging family members to wait in their car while patients are in their appointments. Outside vendors are prohibited from entering our buildings.
- Cleanliness: We have substantially increased every location’s cleaning services and made them more stringent in accordance with CDC-recommended guidelines.
- Virtual Visits: We are working on a virtual visit option so patients can keep appointments with their doctors from the safety of their homes. To access them, you will need a myCEENTAchart account. If you do not have one, please sign up at www.myCEENTAchart.com.
- Suspending the no-show fee: We don’t want patients to feel obligated to come to appointments if they believe they have coronavirus or are otherwise concerned for their health. Therefore, we are waiving the $50 no-show fee for the duration of this crisis.
- Updated information online: We are regularly updating our web site with coronavirus information taken directly from the World Health Organization. To get up-to-date information about the virus, please visit https://www.ceenta.com/coronavirus-updates.
