Remember not all plastics are reyclable in Meck County Curb side.     Only plastics with a neck.   That means NO Containers - No Wide Mouth Plastics -  No Clam Shells like for strawberries etc.   All those go in your trash.

NEVER BAG your recycling items.  It GOES in trash if you do.   The center does not empty bags EVER!   This adds to the nearly 2 million in cost for not doing it right when trash ends up in the stream.    This is pulled out and rehauled to the Speedway Landfill.    That two million can go toward better use, and help save all citizens that pay fees on their tax bills each year.

Also applies to flower pots.  No plastic flower pots in the recycling carts.   See if you can donate them to some plant group in the area.   There use to be a lady down at Marion Diehl that requested pots for their young gardeners at the center.
