Thank you for hosting, participating in, or watching a previous Mecklenburg County Recycle Right presentation. For those of you that would like to continue the conversation, below is an invitation to an upcoming waste reduction presentation and discussion.
The 7 R’s of Waste Reduction webinar is an interactive conversation that focuses on creative ways to reduce the amount of waste you generate in your household. In this program, we expand on the typical 3 R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to 7 R’s (see attached graphic.)
The next 7 R’s of Waste Reduction webinar is being offered on Monday, October 25th at noon.

- This is a public webinar. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, all participants must be familiar with the Recycle Right content prior to attendance, as the Recycle Right content will not be repeated.
- Please watch the 2021 Recycle Right presentation recording (42 minutes) recording, if it’s been a long time since you’ve attended Recycle Right and need a refresher.

Please spread the word as the contamination rates at the MRF have been higher than ever since COVID19. We need everyone’s help educating the community on what is and is not acceptable in residential curbside recycling.
