If you do that bag of recyclables is pulled at the recycling center and goes to the landfill. Those trips of trash to the landfill cost around 2 million dollars a year in Mecklenburg county! You / We pay more for fees because some of our County Residents can't or don't do it RIGHT!
If you think putting items in bags by type helps You Are Wrong! Those bags are NEVER opened and get pulled for the Speedway Landfill. You might as well not recycle and just put it in the trash can because it is going to the same place when you do it WRONG!
