The last time the Road was counted it was done by my driveway up in the first block. This was within the last 2 years.   The counts were way to low to qualify for any additional traffic calming such as Speed Humps.  If I remember correctly like around 600 total.     This time they are counting between Chedworth and Kentland Drive which is a much better location.  Reason a lot of the traffic turns on Chedworth or comes out of Chedworth to go down to the school on Londonderry Road.

The last time I heard, you still needed a minimum of 1500 cars in 24 hours to qualify for adding humps along with the All Stops.   That was a 1000 less than it use be.  Just a few years ago you had to have over 2500 to have both.    Go back a little further and if you had humps you could if counts high enough add All stops.  At that time though it was not reversable,  meaning you could not add humps if you had all stops first.   That really made NO SENSE and CDOT did finally change it.  Doreen Syzmanski went before City Council from CDOT to get the change on the books.  She has sense retired from CDOT.

Anyway, It will be interesting to see what happens.   There are some long stretches on Londonderry between the all stops.
