Medicare, including Medicare Advantage plans, covers COVID tests ordered by a physician and processed in a lab with a $0 cost share. Free tests are also available at http://covidtests.gov. At-home rapid COVID tests bought online, at a pharmacy or retail store are not covered by your Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan.
