Two weeks ago I was walking early around 7 am and noticed a black male at Corner of Londonderry Road and Kentland with his penis out. He was back at tree line with school property, but in the corner house on Londonderry's rear / side yard on Kentland. He saw me and stopped and headed to sidewalk on school property going the opposite way from me. He then suddenly turned and followed closely behind me all the way to Wensley. I thought Ok homeless? Just had to got bathroom real bad? I told one neighbor, but didn't call it in.
Today two weeks to the day I am out walking and this time I glance that direction and this guy is hunched over facing the first two house on Kentland same spot in corner house rear side back yard masturbating. This time as soon as I got back home I called 911.
This is twice and something is going on.
This is a busy school bus stop with little kids on school days. None were out because of the holiday.
