You can Thank your all Dem County Commissioners for the gift of increased taxes next year.    The reevaluations use to be every 8 years.   They claim every 4 year will stop folks from seeing such huge increases all at once.

That of course is a load of crap!  

Reason taxes never go down in Mecklenburg County.    So you will simply pay 4 more years of higher tax rates (4 years) earlier than you would if it had been done on the 8 year schedule.

All this free stuff for some cost the tax payer in Meck County!
